Under Postpaid services of Vodafone Idea (Vi) raises prices for postpaid family plans from Rs 598 and Rs 749 from Rs 50.
Vodafone-Idea quietly raised the prices of the family plans with postpaid family plans monthly rentals from Rs 598 to Rs 649 and plan Rs 749 to Rs 799 respectively.
Vodafone Idea has been one of the go-to carriers for postpaid services thanks to its affordable and unique plans. Vodafone Idea Vi designed unique postpaid plan Rs.1099 for individual customers which offers lot of benefits.
In addition to postpaid plans aimed at individual users, Vodafone Idea, also known as Vi, has five postpaid plans aimed at individual users, however, for familiar users, telco offers four plans. It appears that the telecom company is also introducing the Vi REDX family deferred payment plan at Rs 1,099, but the benefits are not yet thoroughly listed on the company's website.
The company has now raised prices from Rs 598 and Rs 749 by just over Rs 50. Read on to learn more about Vodafone Idea's revised postpaid plans.
How Vodafone Idea (Vi) raises the prices of postpaid plans
The plans of Vodafone Idea's RED family previously started at 598 rupees. However, after the price review, they start at Rs 649. The price of the Rs 598 plan has been raised to Rs 649, while the Rs 749 RED family plan now costs Rs 799. The hike is already effective in all telecom circles where Vodafone Idea offers RED Family plans.
The Rs 649 Vi RED Family S (formerly Rs 598) plan offers a benefit of 80GB of data, unlimited voice calls to any network in India and 100 SMS for one month. The benefit of 80GB of data is split between two connections: the primary connection gets the benefit of 50GB of data, while the secondary connection gets 30GB. And yes, the Rs 649 Family S plan comes with two connections.
The Rs 799 Family M postpaid plan offers 120GB of data, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS for one month. Additionally, the Rs 799 deferred payment plan offers three connections and the data benefit is split into 60GB for primary connections and 30GB each for secondary connections.
Other benefits of the plan include the Amazon Prime subscription for primary connections and the Vi Movies & TV subscription for primary and secondary connections. As noted, the REDX Rs 1,099 family is listed on Vi's website, but the company has yet to reveal all the details. For the uninitiated, it already offers you the REDX plan at Rs 1,099 to individual customers.
