BSNL has introduced three new postpaid plans of Rs 199, Rs 798 and Rs 999 now available in all circles.
Government owned telecommunications company bharat sanchar nigam limited launches three new postpaid plans of Rs 199, Rs 798 and Rs 999. however, it has removed five existing bsnl plans of postpaid in its portfolio.
As per latest information from bsnltariff website, BSNL is getting aggressive in the postpaid segment with three postpaid plans of Rs 199, Rs 798 and Rs 999. In addition to launching these plans, telecom has phased out existing postpaid plans of Rs 99, Rs 225, Rs 325, 799 rupees and 1,125 rupees.
BSNL has brought these new postpaid fmc plans to compete with Reliance Jio's latest postpaid offerings. Jio's Postpaid Plus plans start at Rs 399, but the basic plan costs just Rs 199. Therefore, customers can now also consider BSNL before opting for Jio's Rs 199 plan.
With these new postpaid plans, telecommunications have introduced the data transfer function as well as complementary family mobile connections. Read on to find out more about these new BSNL postpaid plans in detail.
BSNL's new postpaid plans start at Rs 199 - What you need to know
Starting with the Rs 199 postpaid plan, it is the most affordable postpaid plan in state telecoms since the Rs 99 plan was phased out. The Rs 199 postpaid plan offers unlimited voice calls over the network, 300 minutes off the network, including the MTNL network as well.
The plan includes a benefit of 25GB of data with the transfer up to 75GB, after which the telecom company will charge Rs 10.24 per GB. Finally, users also get the benefit of 100 SMS per day.
The postpaid plan 798 is a one-time offer. With this plan, BSNL offers unlimited voice calls to any network in India, benefit from 50GB of data with transfer up to 150GB and 100 SMS per day. BSNL also offers two family mobile connections with unlimited voice service, 50GB of data and 100 SMS per day with each family connection separately.
Finally, there's BSNL's Rs 999 deferred payment plan that comes with unlimited voice calling over any network, 75GB of data with up to 225GB transfer and 100 SMS per day. The telecom company also offers three family connections with unlimited voice service, 75GB of data, and 100 text messages per day with each family connection separately.
As you can see, BSNL offers three times the data transfer with its new postpaid plans. Also, unlimited entry means 250 minutes per day; If a customer uses more than 250 minutes in a day, additional charges will apply as a base plan tariff. Existing users at Rs 99, Rs 225, Rs 325, Rs 799 and Rs 1125 will remain on the same plans until further notice from the company.
