Government owned Telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is one of the country's leading telecommunications operators. Although the operator has not yet entered the full capacity 4G domain, it is still one of the largest telecom companies in India.
BSNL has been in business for two decades and has served millions of Indians. As we all know, BSNL has faced a fair share of the problems. But it's not just telecommunications companies, but subscribers as well that have problems with BSNL services.
However, this is quite normal, no service is safe. So if you have any problems with the BSNL network service, here we explain how you can file a complaint online with the telecommunication company.
How can you file a complaint with BSNL for Faulty online services?
First of all, BSNL offers users a complaint form in which they can explain or give an idea of the problem the telecommunications company is facing with their services. The link to that module is this: http://210.212.70.157/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp. After visiting this bsnl official URL, you will be redirected to the "BSNL Online Complaint Registration Portal".
After that, there are a series of boxes you need to fill in. First, you will be asked to select the telecommunications state where you live. Once you've done that, you need to enter your name in the "Subscriber Name" field.
Below it, in the "Address" field, you will enter the address of your home where you currently have problems. Then you will need to enter the pin code of your city or area in "Exg / Place Code". To help BSNL communicate with you, you will also need to enter your mobile number and email address.
The next mandatory field that you have to fill in carefully is "Nature of the complaint". You will have a number of options in the type of complaint you are dealing with. Once this is done, in the last field called "Complaint in brief", you can explain in detail the problem you are facing with the BSNL service.
After briefly explaining the problem, you can click the "Submit" button to submit the form to BSNL or click the "Exit" button to cancel the form.
