Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has extended the offer period of the Rs 499 Bharat Fiber Broadband promotional plan until 29 June 2020. Launched in February of this year, the Rs 499 BSNL Broadband plan offers 100 GB data with speeds up to 20 Mbps.
However, the plan was introduced with limited availability until March 31, 2020. And now, the nation's largest Internet service provider (ISP) and high speed broadband service provider across India has expanded the offer period of its Bharat Fiber business plan.
Since it is part of the Bharat Fiber project, the Rs 499 plan also offers an unlimited advantage for voice calls through the BSNL fixed service. After completing the 100GB FUP limit, users can browse at 2 Mbps speeds automatically the speed will reduced following Fair usage policy laid by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
Users can explore unlimited data at 2 Mbps speeds after running out of the 100 GB FUP limit. The plan also offers subscribers true unlimited benefits for voice calls under combo segment.
As for availability, users can take advantage of it in all circles, except Andaman and Nicobar, and is valid until June 29, 2020. The broadband plan does not come with the Amazon Prime subscription and can only be used monthly rental.
For the uninitiated, BSNL offers an Amazon Prime subscription worth Rs 999 with all broadband plans above Rs 399, provided that users choose a plan for one year. However, the Rs 499 Bharat Fiber plan is only available with a monthly subscription.
BSNL is also running a promotional broadband plan offer for a limited period under which it plans a broadband plan for 1,999 rupees in the circles of Chennai and Tamil Nadu. All BSNL Bharat Fiber plans can get speed of at least 50 Mbps and an unlimited advantage for voice calls.
