Leading Private Telecom Company in India Aircel started services partner with mCarbon to offer ‘Extra Credit Service’ PAN India through USSD dialing and SMS sending.
To maintain good relationship with Aircel Customers the company is introduced this ‘Aircel’s Extra Credit Service’ enabling customers to call when mobile phones run out of balance at crucial times. We aim to ensure that our customers are connected 24X7 services even in times of need when they have NIL balance in their account, said Anupam Vasudev, Chief Marketing Officer.
Customers availed loan amount will be deducted from main account balance. The Aircel customers in Delhi and Mumbai who have on the network for a minimum of 120 days will be able to enjoy this service.
To avail this service Aircel Customer have to dial *414# or send SMS LOAN to 55414 from mobile phone to get Extra Credit Loan of Rs.10 to add into account.
