Leading Telecom Operator in India Airtel has announced to start helpline number an emergency alert service in major cities Kolkata, Bengal and Odissa.
The company targeting the women subscribers offers free service for the first 30 days and after chargeable at Rs.30 per month.
This service allows the user to dial an Airtel helpline number (55100) will send across an alert (SMS) and recorded voice message to 10 preloaded numbers simultaneously along with location of the sender and also the time.
Company strategy is to more women subscriber by adding this service in major cities Kolkata, Bengal, and Odissa where one third of women subscribers expecting to opt for the service.
Company is very confident about this launch of service which will be generated alerts messages through a single number dialing to the 10 numbers simultaneously immediately repeated three times in a span of 30 minutes.
