Telecom BSNL Tariff: Apply for BSNL broadband online
- To apply for BSNL Broadband Online, the customer must visit the BSNL Portal and complete the online application form.
- Please visit www.selfcare.bsnl.co.in/tungsten/UI/facelets/udaanRegistrationPageBeforeLogin.xhtml to access the login page.
- Choose your state and district from their respective drop-down menus.
- The portal will now list the BSNL services available in the chosen state and district under the heading "Type of Service". The customer must select the desired service from the displayed list (New fixed network, New fixed network and broadband, New broadband on existing fixed network, Bharat fiber and New Bharat air fiber).
- Fill in the personal data in the respective field below (name, mobile number, e-mail ID and landline number with STD code)
- Enter the address details, including the city, sub-city, etc.
- Click Submit.
- BSNL promises a standard callback within 48 hours of submitting the form for a new broadband connection. An executive will visit your location to collect documents for BSNL broadband services.
Request BSNL broadband connection via SMS
- Now, if you find submitting an online form boring, BSNL offers an alternative: applying via SMS. The codes differ for BSNL users and for subscribers using other telecommunication connections.
- To request a broadband connection, a BSNL customer can send a "Your Location Code BB * STD" text message to 54141 from the BSNL number.
- If you are from other service providers like Airtel / Vodafone Idea / Reliance Jio / etc, please send a text message "BB * STD Code of your place" from your mobile to 9400054141.
