The law specifically states that the person entering into the contract must be at least 18 years old or 21 years old in case the court has appointed legal guardian. Furthermore, the person entering into the contract must be sane and he is doing it with a sound mind as well.
Otherwise, the contract is invalid in the eyes of the court. Finally, the person entering into the contract should not be excluded from entering into legal contracts by any other law.
