As report from BSNL sources, BSNL West Bengal has introduced five Plan vouchers, out of which three plans are for new mobile customers while the other two are for existing prepaid mobile users. The first three plan vouchers are Rs.6, Rs.7 and Rs.55 whereas the prepaid user STV plans cost Rs.21 and Rs.24.
New FRCs 6 and 7 offering Rs.60 free talk value i.e Rs.20 per month will be added for a period of three months and in addition customer will get 300MB free data which will be valid for a period of 30 days. Similarly, for FRC 7 all voice calls charges @ 10 paisa per minute for BSNL network and @30 paisa per minute for Other network voice calls. Under the FRC 6 all voice calls will be charged at 1 paisa per 3 seconds for On-net and 2 paisa per 3 seconds for Off-net calls. The voice benefits will be valid for a period of 180 days.
The above call charges for first 60 days, call charges for rest 120 days will be followed as per new activation call charges beyond 60 days.
However, the initial plan validity will be 180 days and further to enhance the validity, customer need to use Plan voucher PV-37 or PV-36 without any freebies for validity extension.
