The customer who registers for new Landline/Broadband connection can get missed call service from Kerala Circle Toll Free number 1993 and available from BSNL network only.
Customers who wish to take a new BSNL connection can give a miss call to the mobile number ‘9497979797’. BSNL will call back the customer and gather necessary information before passing to the concerned telecom district officials for providing new connection. The number is accessible from any operator’s network.
Moreover, customer can also book new connection by sending an SMS to 9400054141 as LL or BB to 54141.
