To bring One Nation One Number government has issued all instruction to Telecom Operators in India to carry Mobile Number Portability (MNP) Full MNP across the country from 3rd July, 2015.
Through this facility Mobile customers can sustain their Prepaid or Postpaid mobile numbers during their relocations moving to other telecom circles and states.
The subscribers to look forward for similar response can Port in to choice telecom operators.
Already MNP (Mobile Number Portability) is running successfully within the Telecom Circles where customers have option to Port-In or Port-Out one telecom operator to another telecom operator without changing mobile number.
To subscribe to Vodafone services have to send an SMS ‘Port (Your mobile number) to 1900 and generate UPC. Along with CAF (Customer application form) already received UPC code customer have to reach near by customer service center by submitting required documents duly filled in can port-in without changing mobile number.
The procedure is same for all telecom companies to port-in services by sending sms as shown in above format.
