Leading Telecom operator in India Bharati Airtel has introduced attractive feature in Prepaid mobile services when a prepaid customer reaches talkvalue below of Rs.5/- can get Rs.10/- talkvalue on loan basis on request.
The Airtel company upgraded talkvalue feature with auto credit balance transfer to prepaid mobile customers of Rs.10/- on request using either IVR or USSD format when balance reaches of below Rs.5/-.

Procedure
- At any time the user’s balance goes below Rs.5/-, a credit of Rs.10/- is made automatically.
- Once the user recharges his number next time, an extra charge of Rs.2/- will be debited i.e., if you recharge for Rs.50/- next day you will get a talkvalue of Rs.38/- Rs.10 + 2 will be deducted.
- If the user not availed talkvalue of Rs.10/- within 24 hours the credit will be reverted back.
- If the user does not recharge his number in the next 24 hours and his balance is above Rs.5/-, Rs.1/- will be deducted on a daily basis. Again when the balance goes below Rs.5/-, auto credit of Rs.10/- is given and the cycle maintains.
Note: This option will be available for customers who request using USSD code or IVR services or dialing 121 from mobile.
