The competent authority of MTNL Delhi telecom circle (NCR) has introduced new advanced type activation of vouchers specially used for tariff cutter, extra data usage, free sms per month from mobile phones instead of going to retailers or MTNL outlets.
The company has introduced procedure for activation of Recharges as ‘RCH(value of denomination) eg. RCH11 to send SMS to 444.
SMS based activation eight Special Tariff Voucher (STV) and Recharges available in Delhi telecom circle as follows:

- Daily Local pack Rs.11/-, SMS activation code: RCH11 send 444
- Pay Per Second Rs.14/-, SMS activation code: RCH14 send 444
- All in 1 paisa Rs.16/-, SMS activation code: RCH16 send 444
- One for all Rs.17/-, SMS activation code: RCH17 send 444
- Daily STD pack Rs.21/-, SMS activation code: RCH21 send 444
- Pay per minute Rs.22/-, SMS activation code: RCH22 send 444
- Roaming Free STV Rs.29/-, SMS activation code: RCH29 send 444
