BSNL announced Black-Out-Day on account of Diwali

The BSNL Competent Authority has passed a message that “No Free or Discounted SMS will be available to existing/new customers who have subscribed to SMS STVs or have FREE SMS offered along with new Subscription on 12th November, 2012.On this day 12, November, 2012 is treated as “Blackout day” on account of Deepavali (Diwali) Festival.
No Free or Discounted Voice call will be available to existing/ new customers, who have subscribed to voice STVs or have Free voice call minutes offered along with new subscription.
Discounted call facility under “Friends and Family”: will be not available during this day.
BSNLTariff for SMS/Voice call charges will be as per the plan tariff on this day.
