Excitel, one of the fastest growing Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the country, has just announced that it has updated its Service Level Agreement (SLA) to strengthen its after-sales and customer service commitment.
With its new SLA update, Excitel will provide a free Internet day to customers if their connectivity issues or outages are not resolved for four hours or more. After companies statement it is under process that commitment to resolve the faults of customers as soon as possible.
Excitel with the aim of solving every problem in four hours
With the new announcement, Excitel said it is looking to resolve all customer issues when it comes to connectivity within four hours. This is a great initiative that will provide customers with complete peace of mind, as they won't have to live without a strong, high-speed Internet connection for long periods of time.
If there is a case where the company does not resolve the outage problem within four hours, it will provide affected customers with an additional full day of service. It should be noted that this type of SLA is not provided by any other broadband company in the country.
Excitel already offers some of the most affordable broadband plans with no Fair Use Policy (FUP) limits on data usage in one month.
Excitel now has 650k subscribers now
Vivek Raina, co-founder and CEO of Excitel, said the company has experienced exponential growth in adding subscribers and now has more than 650,000 users. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) is nearing the 1 million subscriber milestone and is also expanding services to new cities across the country.
Excitel has also increased its broadband offering with the inclusion of over-the-top (OTT) entertainment platforms. The 300 Mbps plan gives users OTT benefits if they purchase it for at least three months. Then there is the 100 Mbps plan that users can purchase for at least three months, in addition to which a subscription to the OTT Entertainment 2.0 plan can be purchased for Rs 799 per month + taxes.
